// Who is Alicia Bell?

Alicia is a Personal Trainer and Kinesiologist who has devoted her life to helping people reach their goals in health and fitness. She is also a nationally recognized track and field coach who has coached at two youth nationals, and in 2013 will be coaching team Canada at the Maccabi games. Alicia has over 9 years of practical and educational experience and certifications, including:

  1. BSc in Kinesiology
  2. Certified CanFitPro Personal Trainer
  3. NCCP Coaching Course Facilitator for Level 1 & 2 Track and Field
  4. NCCP Athletics Canada Run/ Jump /Throw Instructor
  5. NCCP Level 1, 2, 3 Coaching Theory
  6. NCCP Level 1, 2, 3 Coaching Sprints & Hurdles Technical
  7. NCCP Level 1, 2, 3 Coaching Sprints & Hurdles Practical
  8. NCCP Level 1, 2 Coaching Jumps
  9. NCCP Level 1 Coaching X-Country Skiing
  10. CPR Certified
