Hey Everyone! I hope you're having a great weekend. I wanted to let you know about my new product discovery and give you a review! I have tons of headphones, buds, and earphones that I use from day to day during strength training, walking, running, and other forms of cardio. I even use them to listen to music on my daily commute. However, do you know what really grinds my gears? TANGLE HEADPHONES! Because I am always taking them on and off between working out, commuting and clients I always throw them in my gym bag, back pack or purse. The next time that I want to use them I go to grab them and waste time trying to untangle them. My time is valuable and I hate wasting my time but I also hate working out in silence or bad radio music that the gym plays! But now that I use the CORDSKINZ my ear buds never get tangle, I save time and frustration! I absolutely love them!!!!!!!

What is cool is that they have all sorts of products and you can cut them to fit any brand of ear buds. they are also affordable!!!! Check out their product listing here:

A little bit about the company:

In the spring of 2011 while making a phone call to her sister, one of our founders got frustrated with her tangled earbuds for the last time. It didn't take long to discover that the same struggle and frustration with this tangled mess was shared by many others around the world. The result? Our ingenious, yet simple little product named Cordskinz was born.
Since that spring day, we at Abba Daddy have devoted our time to fine-tuning a product that would give the world the solution to their problem and allow them to start living
the "Untangled Life."
And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.  1 Corinthians 13:13
It is our mission at Abba Daddy LLC to give back to the world. We believe it is important to lift one another up and express the love of God in action. Below are some of the organizations that we will be supporting in their efforts to help people "Untangle their Lives" with their specific callings.

Thank you so much for helping me live an "untangled life" Cordskinz!!!!!! I absolutely love your product!

Let me know if you get a pair and how you like them guys!

Carbon Energizer 2

Jeremy from Carbon Energized Canada Apparel was nice enough to send me a sports bra and a pair of shorts. The products are designed and made in Italy.

The long pants and shirt are the most popular but perhaps that was because of the winter weather. They were made from Polypropylene Dry Yarn which has the best thermal capacity of ANY fiber even wool. Great abrasion resistance. They also don’t absorb water. They are antibacterial, anti mold, and are Hypoallergenic.

The apparel was tested in a hospital sports lab,  and decrease lactic acid build up 12% more than Polyester. Decrease heart rate and respirations also compared to Polyester.  3X less body temp variation during your workout compared to Polyester.

I found them to be quite comfy. A lot of the other apparel that they have on their website looks great too!

If you get a chance to purchase the shirts and tights from them let me know if you liked the apparel as much as I do.

Thanks again Jeremy and Carbon Energized Canada! Good luck with your awesome apparel line!

Reebok introduces The Official Shoe of FitnessReebok Cross fit Nano 3.0 is more colourful,
adaptable and robust than ever before

TORONTO, ON- Leading fitness brand, Reebok, has launched the third iteration of its popular Nano footwear series introducing updated technology, improvements and new colours for the Reebok CrossFit Nano 3.0 the shoe, is now available on shelves nation-wide. Dubbed theOfficial Shoe of Fitness’, the Reebok CrossFit Nano 3.0 is the top option for men and women looking for versatile training footwear.

One of the most visible additions to the Reebok CrossFit Nano 3.0 is the new Duracage upper – a composite part made up of a polyurethane frame cast directly into an air mesh to provide flexibility, protection and stability in a lightweight package. The thickness of the Duracage varies throughout the upper based on functional movements; some areas are thicker to provide more lateral stability and rope protection, and other areas have strategically placed textures that offer grip, durability and flexibility.

In addition to the Duracage, the zoned mesh upper provides breathability in the tongue; the lateral and medial quarter mesh have excellent cooling and strength properties and the vamp mesh is slightly tighter to provide added durability. A new anti-shift gusset in the tongue keeps it in place, secured over the top of the foot.

At Reebok, we are focused on building product for functional movement, and our Reebok CrossFit footwear takes this philosophy to the extreme,” said Michael Rossi, vice president, Reebok Canada. “The evolution of the Nano franchise demonstrates that we are always working to build the best, most functional products out there. The Reebok CrossFit Nano 3.0 is designed to withstand the toughest workouts, and is the ultimate training shoe, whether used in a CrossFit box, at the gym or anywhere else you can work out. This is why wecall it the Official Shoe of Fitness.”

For this generation of the shoe, Reebok made significant improvements to the out sole as well. The low-profile, flat-to-the-ground out sole has two levels of traction: bigger lugs for overall grip, smaller grooves that help to disperse water, dust and chalk, and Metasplit grooves that allow for metatarsal splaying and multi-directional flexibility. New foam composites in the heel and forefoot provide better stability for lifting and heavy squats, and responsiveness for movements with rebounding like running, box jumps and double unders.

The new RopePro Outsole technology is designed to provide grip and slip, regardless of your climbing technique. This highly abrasive-resistant material has an asymmetrical design, with moulded lines on the medial side for added grip, and a smooth lateral side to make descending a rope more efficient.

The Reebok CrossFit Nano 3.0 retails for $130 and is available for both men and women at Sport Chek, Sports Experts and online at

Are you an athlete or fitness enthusiast? Are you having trouble fitting into jeans? The crafty fitness enthusiasts behind Barbell Apparel have designed jeans that fit. YEP I said it. Jeans that fit!!!!!!!!! They recently just launched their venture on Kickstarter.

According to the kickstarter site:

"Barbell Denim uses technologically superior denim designed to move in complete sync with your body. With our jeans it almost feels like you’re wearing nothing.

Designed for athletes, these jeans are made to fit comfortably over muscular legs by accommodating your quads and butt without forcing you to buy larger sizes for the small waist you work so hard for.

However, Barbell Denim will accommodate any body type. Even if your legs aren't particularly muscular, Barbell Denim will still look amazing on you and feel even more amazing as you move in them. Our hybrid denim stretches both ways so that it can compliment smaller legs, while still easily stretching to accommodate larger legs as well. "

I want a pair! I can never find jeans that fit! Who's with me?!

Check out Under Armours new line of "heat gear." This breathable, colourful gear will wick moisture away from your body.

I must say Cam Newton looks mighty fine modelling on their site.
