New Hot Hair Care Line Drops at Target THIS Christmas Eve
Get ready to “drop the mic” on the beauty aisles at Target stores this December. The Doux® (pronounced The Do) is a “new school” modern hair care system with an “old school edge.” With packaging that is bold and bright and product titles inspired by 90’s hip hop, The Doux is poised to kill it with those seeking a way to smoothing curly, kinky, and wavy hair into both, curly or straight styles.
Created by Maya Smith, a 25-year celebrity stylist and International Curl Master, The Doux was first launched in Europe in 2011 in response to her passion for helping people master the hair they were born with. The people felt her passion through her products. The Doux blew up overseas so much so that it caught the attention of media in the USA. “Once we started getting press in the states the demand for The Doux was incredible. I had to return to the states and see this vision through,” Maya Smith explains. In 2014, Maya opened The DOUX Salon™ in Macon Georgia’s historic Downtown district and started selling her professional grade products at her salons and on-line.
Fast-forward three years and a lot of work and dedication, The Doux will arrive in Target stores, on Christmas Eve; no easy feat for an indie brand. “We are so excited to bring The Doux to the masses. The Doux also redesigned its packaging, with the intention to disrupt the category. All4Fit Leggings Review
Recently All4Fit sent me a pair of leggings to try and for review. I found that the All4Fit leggings are very comfortable for both exercising in and lounging around. During my workout I found the material super breathable, which made them perfect for when I do my cardio sessions. More over, the elasticity over time started to stretch as the day went on making it very annoying to have to constantly be pulling up my leggings. The leggings were not see through which is amazing and very difficult to find now in days.
All4Fit offers many varieties of leggings with funky designs, colors and patterns. They offer a sizing chart on there website so you order your size the first time. I love that they offer 2 types of materials polyamide, which hides that stubborn cellulite, and polyester, which is super breathable throughout your workout. I definitely would recommend these leggings to anyone who wants to stand out in a crowd with funky designs.
Not All Fish Oil Is Created Equal - Omax Ultra Pure - Product Review
As many of you know I take a lot of supplements being an athlete and competitive figure competitor. I was recently sent Omax Ultra Pure fish oils to try and review.
On the products website they state that: "Fish oil contains omega-3s, but how much you are getting in each supplement can vary dramatically. To determine the actual omega-3 content in your fish oil supplement, read the label and look for the total omega-3 content in each softgel. The top selling fish oil supplements contain only 30% of omega-3 content in each softgel.* Omax3 Ultra-Pure is exceptionally concentrated at 93.9%. That means you get therapeutic results that you can feel."
At first site the pills are pretty big. So if you aren't a fan of big pills be cautious. They are soft gels which do make them easier to swollow.
I have been taking them for a week and although I am not sure if they are better than my previous brand my training and cardio is going well. My joints feel great and overall I have no problem swelling the pills.

I was recently sent the cold-Q oral spray to try. Which is 100% natural. It's pesticide/heavy metal free. Its also non-gmo. They sent me a 20ml bottle. I recently had the opportunity to test out the Terax shampoo and conditioners. Not only did it leave my hair smelling great but it was deep conditioned. I have complicated mixed hair and I am constantly in the gym. I loved how easy it was for me to comb my hair after I used both the shampoo and conditioner together. Covergirl Lashblast Fusion - Review
I recently got the opportunity to review Covergirl's Lashblast fusion mascara. The package arrived at my condo nicely boxed. To my surprise there was also coupons for a discount to share with whomever I chose. Firstly I took out the Lashblast fusion mascara and opened it from its easy to open package. I then tried it on. Wow. No clumping! Thats a bonus and I can definitely see the length difference and volume just by using it. I immediately loved it. But what sealed the deal is that I was able to train all of my clients for the rest of the day and do a full cardio session without losing any of the volume! Train It Right approved!

Hey Everyone! I hope you're having a great weekend. I wanted to let you know about my new product discovery and give you a review! I have tons of headphones, buds, and earphones that I use from day to day during strength training, walking, running, and other forms of cardio. Lost It? Find It? - TrackR
I was browsing through Best Buy Canada and I came across this little white box that caught my eye. It read: Lost It? Find It? - TrackR. Since I am always on the go in and out of gyms, clients homes, track and field facilities, my car and constantly traveling to different locations for meetings I am always loosing things. So the idea of the TrackR is perfect for me.
This little guy can be attached to your phone, put on your keys, on your bicycle, in your wallet or any electronic device that you use on a day to day basis. It can be 3M adhesively attached to any device. It can also be tied to a keychain, back pack or even your dog.
Once you download the software/app and set up your account (which is very easy) you are good to go. The app is compatible with:

IPad with retina display or IPad mini or later
iOS 7 and later
Android 4.4 and later
Once you realize that you have lost whatever item your TrackR is attached to press your TrackR device button to ring. Even if you phone is on silent you will find it! What a great idea! Also if you log into the app you can ring your item and find it whevever it may be. If you still don't hear the ringer it has a GPS where you can see the location of the item. It also comes with a one year warranty.

SMS Audio - On Ear Wired Sport
This past week I received a package from SMS Audio. The package contained two sets of headphones. One of which I have included here. The SMS Audio - On Ear Wired Sport. In Pink and black! My favourite colours. These headphones came with a great travel case for on the go transport. It is hard shelled so if you are like me and just throw your head phones in your bag this will keep them safe. They also came with a workout towel! How convenient. It actually is soft to touch vs some of the sweat towels where if you have dry skin or a callous your hands immediately stick to the towel.
I quickly put the head phones to work and headed down to the gym for a cardio session. They were very comfortable. Didn't move and I immediately noticed the extra long cord. This is key for wired head phones because it means you have lots of room and don't have to worry about pulling on the cord when doing exercises or HIIT training.
On top of all these other great features the sound quality is what I would call "saudi." Crips and clear.
Overall I would give them a 9/10. I would love to have a wireless version. That would give the headphones an overall 10/10. These are definitely TRAIN IT RIGHT APPROVED! Thanks SMS for these great workout headphones in my two favourite colours pink and black!
