Faith and Tenacity Continue to Drive 91-Year-Old Founder of Boston Area Homeless Shelter

Boston, MA, February 26, 2021 — Sylvia Anthony firmly believes that life is a gift from God, and she’s been using her gift to impact more than a thousand homeless women and children through her nonprofit, Sylvia’s Haven, which she launched in 1987. At 91 years young, Sylvia remains steadfastly involved with Sylvia’s Haven, and hopes to inspire others to overcome life’s challenges and pursue their passions.

“When we do the right thing with the right motives, there is no limit to how far we can go with the help of God,” she writes in her poignant memoir, Till the End of Time. “My advice to you is never give up, whatever comes your way; it is all worth it.”

Sylvia had endured a difficult childhood that included an abusive father and a disinterested mother. Sylvia married young and remained in an abusive marriage until a divorce that left her alone to support her three children. Through her ambition and strength of character, Sylvia persevered, building a life for herself and her kids. After raising her children, Sylvia remarried — still, there was a void. She felt a calling to help young women, and her husband, Rick, encouraged her to follow her heart. Initially designed for homeless pregnant women, her shelter opened on January 25, 1987. Sadly, her husband lost his battle with cancer on March 30 of the same year, telling Sylvia before he died to “go get the girls.” And she’s been giving new hope to young, homeless women ever since.

Hers has been a lifetime woven with tragedy and triumph, but at Sylvia’s core burns a powerful source of courage and tenacity. She shares her remarkable story in Till the End of Time, which chronicles her early days as an unwanted child, born at the onset of the Great Depression; through her turbulent first marriage, which blessed her with three children; to finding love and discovering her divine purpose later in life. The book includes a chapter with testimonials from women who have been helped by Sylvia’s Haven, underscoring the impact of her unwavering dedication to others. Till the End of Time is the ultimate love story, woven with heartwarming memories, inspirational anecdotes and life lessons that will inspire readers to share their own God-given gifts with others.

Author Sylvia Anthony was inducted into the National Women’s Hall of Fame on June 15, 2020. Invited to their museum in Seneca Falls, New York, she drove more than 350 miles for the appointment! Shortly thereafter, she received a Lifetime Achievement Award from Marquis Who's Who.

A woman of faith, courage, tenacity and love, Sylvia firmly believes that the “golden years” are a time to get busy. As the founder and president of Sylvia’s Haven, a shelter for women and children near Boston, she has helped transform over 1,100 lives in the past three decades. Sylvia refers to her organization as her “magnificent obsession.” Life hasn’t always been easy for Sylvia, but she believes that God not only gives her courage during times of hardship, but also keeps her healthy so that she may realize her dream to open up Sylvia’s Haven locations in all 50 states.

Fujitsu and University of Toronto Researchers Develop Quantum-Inspired Technology to Optimize Radiation Treatment Plans for Brain Tumors and Other Diseases

TOKYO, Feb 26, 2021 - (JCN Newswire) - Fujitsu Laboratories, Ltd. in collaboration with researchers at the University of Toronto (U of T ) today announced the development of a technology for dramatically streamlining the creation of radiation treat the Digital Annealer, which rapidly solves combinatorial optimization problems.

Fig. 1 Overview of Gamma Knife TherapyFig. 2 Plan Flow with Conventional Method vs. New technology

Gamma Knife radiation therapies are used to treat illnesses including brain tumors and arteriovenous malformations. The process of creating treatment plans using conventional methods is often laborious and time-consuming, and doctors must spend time making painstaking and detailed adjustments to determine how much radiation should be administered to a target while minimizing dose to surrounding tissue. With the newly developed technology, however, medical professionals can create treatment plans in roughly one minute, maintaining the same level of accuracy as conventional methods, while simultaneously calculating a huge number of possible combination patterns of where and how much dose to deliver with the Digital Annealer.

By easing the burden on medical professionals in creating fast and accurate treatment plans, the new technology frees them to devote more time and energy to ensuring patients receive the most effective and humane care possible. Going forward, Fujitsu Laboratories and U of T researchers will continue to test the effectiveness of this technology based on additional patient data, and ultimately develop technologies that actively contribute to improvement of medical science and society at large.

Background

Gamma Knife surgery is used to treat brain tumors and other conditions because of its relative non-invasiveness and highly precise method of delivery of radiation. By using 192 different sources of gamma radiation aimed at different points, the dose to the affected area can be maximized while the dose to the surrounding healthy organs is kept very low. Parameters including position, shape, and dose of radiation must be considered to achieve optimal dosage to the affected area. However, the number of potential combination patterns is enormous, and in current medical practice, doctors generate treatment plans by manually repeating parameter adjustments based on their previous experience. This process can take about 1.5 to 3 hours to generate a plan that meets the patient's individual needs, placing a heavy burden on medical professionals.

While the physician is preparing the treatment plan, the patient may also need to wait, frequently with a frame fixed to their head to limit movement, which may cause some physical discomfort. It is also necessary to secure medical personnel to help to prepare patients for treatment and make sure the frame remains in place.

Recent years have witnessed the emergence of new tools to help ease this process--for instance, software that automates the generation of treatment plans. In the field, however, it often remains the case that the generated plan still requires clinicians to manually modify and adjust the plans.

Since 2017, Fujitsu and U of T have been collaborating in a strategic partnership centered on research relating to quantum computing. With this latest initiative, the parties have collaborated in the development of technology to help apply the use of the Digital Annealer for the generation of treatment plans for Gamma Knife therapies. Researchers at U of T and its medical institutions studied and developed methods to translate the Gamma Knife optimization to combinatorial optimization, a format understandable by the Digital Annealer technology developed by Fujitsu.

About the Newly Developed Technology

U of T researchers, through their methods and the use of Digital Annealer technology by Fujitsu, has developed the following technology to generate treatment plans at high speed while maintaining the same accuracy as treatment plans created by experienced doctors.

1. Using the physical properties of the human body (Dose Profile), the shot shape during gamma irradiation is modeled.

In the past, shots (Concentrated area of gamma rays) formed by multiple gamma rays were assumed to be perfectly spherical during the shot position determination process. However, it has been found that the sphere is not necessarily perfect due to the influence of moisture in the human body. The newly developed technology determines the position of shots utilizing shot shapes reflecting the physical characteristics of gamma rays in the human body. This can contribute to the generation of more accurate treatment plans.

2. Optimization of radiation parameters using the Digital Annealer

In the past, during shot position determination process, multiple gamma ray radiation positions (Position of the shot) were determined sequentially; the position of the first shot was determined and the position of the second shot was determined after that so as to include the remaining part of the affected tissue as much as possible. However, this may not result to the optimal number of shots or positions. By contrast, the Digital Annealer allows users to search for the positions of all shots simultaneously at the beginning, resulting in a more accurate overall optimized treatment plan. It is also possible to obtain an optimized solution for the parameters of the radiation shape, enabling the rapid generation of a treatment plan that optimizes dosage for each patient.

In a study of 49 cases of auditory nerve tumors, U of T researchers compared the newly developed technology against the conventional method. Referring to an index of radiation delivery accuracy, it was found that the developed technology was as accurate as manual planning. Additionally, while it took 1.5 to 3 hours to manually generate a plan, it was possible to reduce this to about 2 minutes with the newly developed technology.
By supporting plan generation with the newly developed technology, the time required for Gamma Knife treatment, as well as the burden on patients and medical professionals can be drastically reduced. Reduction of personnel costs for hospitals can also be expected.

Future Plans

Going forward, Fujitsu Laboratories and U of T researchers will continue to verify the effectiveness of this technology based on data from more patients, and will continue to develop technologies that offer the potential to contribute to medical science and society at large. Future potential projects include shortening the time required for Gamma Knife treatment processes themselves rather than the treatment plans, or applying this technology to other radiotherapy methods.

DOUBLE LAYERS OF GRAPHENE OXIDE MASK TECHNOLOGY TESTED BY KOREAN INSTITUTE COMPLIANT WITH THEIR FDA EQUIVALENT KOREAN ACCREDITATION SYSTEM DEMONSTRATES 99.9% BACTERIAL FILTRATION EFFICIENCY (BFE)

MYGO2MASK consists of 4 layers, 2 of the Highest quality anti-viral, anti-bacterial Graphene Oxide, and filters particles 3 millionths of a micron, significantly smacker than a covid virus particle and significantly smaller than that of an N95 mask

Delray Beach, FL—February 26, 2021 G-MASKS, LLC, —A new study conducted by the Korean testing and research company Kotiti, www.kotiti-global.com,  validates that the Graphene Oxide technology applied to the MyGo2Mask, www.mygo2mask.us, provides a 99.9% Bacterial Filtration Efficiency (BFE). The Kotiti testing is compliant with the Korean Accreditation System’s (KAS) requirements for such testing.

In specific, the Korea Accreditation System (KAS) is a national accreditation body established in 2001 within the framework of Korean Agency for Technology and Standards (KATS) which is a governmental body under the Ministry of Trade, Industry & Energy (MOTIE). The Administrator of KATS serves as the Head of KAS.

Most important, the scope of a Korean technical file is similar to a European technical file/design dossier or a US FDA 510(k) or PMA submission.

“These tests, results and requirements are in many ways identical to those sought by the authorities here in the US and are the most encouraging to date that continue to support the claim that the graphene oxide technology applied to the MyGo2Mask could very well be the best protection from the virus,” said Shep Doniger of G-Masks, LLC.

Studies from around the world prove that Graphene Oxide technology, particularly when used in a multi-layered lattice structure as is featured in the MyGo2Mask, provide the highest levels of filtration, breathability, absorption and antiviral and bacteriostatic qualities. Experts agree that the more layers and barriers the stronger the shield and MyGo2Mask is a full 4-ply super high-quality graphene-oxide coated face mask that traps 99.9% of particles at a size of .3 nanometers or smaller, including Covid-19 virus droplets and flu particles.

MyGo2Mask features superior filtration capabilities which is what experts recommend for maximum protection. Coronavirus particles are measured between .07 and .09 microns or 25-65 nanometers. While N95 masks filter 95-99% of particles, it only filters particles larger than 0.1 microns or 300 nanometers. MyGo2Mask is recognized as an N99 mask whose graphene oxide layers filter 99.9%,of particles measuring .3 nanometers or smaller 3 millionths of a micron) making it virtually impenetrable. (i.e. average human hair measures 75 microns which is 1000x’s larger than a single nanometer) . Simply put, the MyGo2Mask provides ideal Coronavirus filtration and the ability to destroy the virus and flu  within minutes of contact whereas the N95 mask does not.

As stated in numerous independent studies, graphene oxide helps repel and “potentially kill or destroy” different types of viruses containing what scientists call microdroplets. According to studies done on graphene at MIT
A Ivanoska-DacikjU Stachewicz - Reviews on Advanced Materials …, 2020 - degruyter.com

and Hong Kong’s Polytechnic University, the material is referred to as “superhydrophobic” and reduces the chance of infectious droplets adhering to it and according to experts, “rips coronavirus apart.” The following link discusses the special properties of high-quality graphene oxide:

https://spectrum.ieee.org/nanoclast/semiconductors/optoelectronics/new-graphene-metamaterial-device-heats-to-160c-under-sunlight-in-seconds (Please load in browser)

Additionally, the outlet Sci-Tech Daily reported in September, 2020 that in research conducted at The City University of Hong Kong, “Graphene’s sharp edge damages the bacterial cell membrane and kills the virus. It may also be killed by the hydrophobic (water repelling) property of graphene.” (The research was conducted by Dr. Ye Ruquan, Assistant Professor from CityU’s Department of Chemistry, in collaboration with other researchers. The findings were published in the scientific journal ACS Nano, titled “Self-Reporting and Photothermally Enhanced Rapid Bacterial Killing on a Laser-Induced Graphene Mask.”)

Every MyGO2Mask is shipped hermetically sealed and features a unique and patented graphene oxide bonding system. Using the highest quality graphene from an internationally recognized producer of pure graphene oxide out of South Korea, the material is then further modified by a second patented process that enables it to destroy bacteria and viruses that come in contact with it. Studies show that less than .01% of a virus remains alive after contact with the graphene oxide enabled mask. The mask has earned a CE certification for meeting EU Standards, achieved a US Standard for a BFE of 99%, has an FDA Registration and has earned NSF Certification (National Sanitation Foundation, USA) and is accredited by ANSI (American National Standards Institute).  (Citation--Volume 2020 |Article ID 7286735 | https://doi.org/10.34133/2020/7286735)

42 Percent of U.S. Workers Want Employers to Delay Re-Opening Until Vaccines Widely Available to Employees, New Eagle Hill Research Finds  More than Half of Workers Say Employers Should Offer Vaccine Incentives Workers Remain Split on Employers Requiring COVID-19 Vaccines, But Want Employer Involvement in Parameters Around Masks, Social Distancing, Testing & Temperature Checks
Arlington, Va., February 23, 2021 – As the U.S. ramps up coronavirus vaccinations, new national research finds that many U.S. workers (42 percent) indicate that their employer should wait to re-open until COVID-19 vaccines are more widely available to employees.
About one-quarter (26 percent) say employees should be required to take a COVID-19 test before entering the workplace, while 37 percent say testing should be encouraged.
A new national poll of working Americans from Eagle Hill Consulting also finds that 57 percent of survey respondents believe employers should offer vaccine incentives to employees. And, slightly above half (52 percent) agree that employers should require vaccines, up from 49 percent in December 2020. And, there is growing support among employees that employers should stay involved in some areas like requiring and encouraging masks, social distancing, COVID-19 testing and temperature checks at work.
These findings are contained in the 2021 Eagle Hill Consulting COVID-19 Vaccines and the Workplace Survey conducted by Ipsos from Feb 5-9, 2021. The survey included 1,006 respondents from a random sample of employees across the U.S. This survey follows similar polling conducted from December 4-8, 2020.  In terms of COVID testing, most (45 percent) say that employers should cover the costs for any employer-mandated tests. Twenty-nine percent say the federal government should bear the costs, while 15 percent say insurance providers or state/local government (10 percent) should pay for required tests. Only two percent agree employees should pay.
“The COVID-19 vaccine is slowly starting to reach some segments of the workforce, but the road ahead remains complicated for employers – from when to bring employees back to how to ensure safety,” says Melissa JeziorEagle Hill Consulting president and chief executive officer. “Our research shows many employees are reluctant to return to the workplace until vaccines are more prevalent, and more than half say financial or paid-time off incentives could encourage vaccinations.”  “We also found that employees remain split on employer vaccination requirements, but do want employers to require safe practices in the workplace,” Jezior added. “All of this means employers must engage with employees at a deep level to understand their views and align decisions with employee preferences. There will not be a one-size fits all approach, and it isn’t enough to just announce plans. Employers have to find the balance between ensuring a safe environment while not imposing requirements that will generate employee anxiety or animosity. That’s the last thing employers need as they try to return to some sense of normalcy for employees and customers.”
When asked about the role employers should play with COVID-19 precautions even after a vaccine is widely available, there was broad support for employer involvement.  Regarding social distancing, 89 percent concur that employers should require or encourage social distancing. This is up from 85 percent in December 2020. Regarding masks, 87 percent agree on employers requiring or encouraging mask use. Support was at 85 percent in December 2020. For temperature checks at the workplace, 81 percent say employers should encourage or require temperature checks. This is up from 78 percent in December. Regarding personal protective equipment, 71 are in agreement that employers should encourage or require personal protective equipment at work. This is up from 64 percent from December 2020. When it comes to requiring regular COVID-19 testing, 69 percent support employers requiring or encouraging testing. This is slightly down from 70 percent in December 2020.

House-Passed American Rescue Plan Includes Key United States of Care Policy Priorities

Today, United States of Care applauded the U.S. House of Representatives for passing the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021, which includes a number of United State of Care’s most important policy priorities.

“Over the past year, United States of Care has made substantial recommendations to policymakers based on peoples’ needs to fight the pandemic and build a better, more equitable health care system in its wake,” said Emily Barson, Executive Director at United States of Care. “Whether it’s the $46 billion to help local and state public health workers engage in contact tracing and testing activities or our advocacy to ensure people are able to provide for themselves and their loved ones during the pandemic, we're proud that so many of our suggestions made it into the House-passed American Rescue Plan Act of 2021. We urge the Senate to follow suit and provide people with the support that’s needed – and widely popular among Democratic and Republican voters – to put an end to this pandemic and allow our health care system to emerge from this crisis stronger than before.”

The House passed rescue proposal aligns with previous United States of Care recommendations, including:

  • $219.8 billion for state and local governments to maintain critical health care programs and services that help people take care of their families.

In January 2021, USofCare requested $350 billion for this purpose.

  • $7.6 billion to HHS to set up a permanent public health workforce, or Health Care Ready Reserve, with funds for state, local, and territorial health departments.

USofCare, along with our Entrepreneurs Council co-chair John Driscoll, advocated for the establishment of a Health Care Ready Reserve.

  • $7.5 billion for the CDC to prepare, promote, distribute, administer, monitor, and track COVID-19 vaccines. This includes distribution and administration, support for state, local, tribal, and territorial public health departments, community vaccination centers, IT enhancements, facility enhancements, and public communication.

In January 2021, USofCare's recommendations called for "funding to scale and implement the nation’s vaccine distribution capabilities" to the tune of $20 billion. USofCare’s vaccine distribution recommendations also explicitly focused on “underserved areas” listed in the bill.
  • $1.75 billion for funding for grants for community mental health services.

On July 15th, 2020, USofCare called for robust investment in behavioral health to ensure mental health services remain open, operational, and able to provide care during the pandemic.

  • People who are laid off or experience reduced hours are eligible for subsidies that cover 85% of their COBRA costs through the end of September 2021.

In January 2021, USofCare recommended that the full cost of COBRA assistance should be covered on a temporary basis for those who have lost job-connected health insurance.

  • $1 billion to educate the public on the vaccine in order to boost confidence in it.

In January 2021, USofCare recommended that Congress appropriate $200 million.

  • Encourage Medicaid expansion in states that have yet to implement it by having the federal government pay an extra 5% of all of a state’s Medicaid costs for two years.

USofCare urged policymakers to create incentives for states to expand Medicaid via a 100% Federal Medical Assistance Percentage match for those enrolled in expansion populations on several occasions including April 14, 2020July 15, 2020, and December 3, 2020

  • Ensure that no one buying coverage from the Marketplace would pay more than 8.5% of their income for health insurance.

In January 2021, USofCare made this exact recommendation.
  • $20 million for youth suicide prevention.

USofCare called for confronting our nation’s suicide epidemic in its December 3rd transition memo

  • $620 million for AmeriCorps to serve communities disproportionately impacted by COVID–19.

In calling for critical investment in our public health workforce on June 25th, 2020, USofCare cited the long-term need for such workers to connect vulnerable communities to care, particularly if they are recruited from the communities in which they will work.

“USofCare thanks our Board, Founder’s, and Entrepreneurs Council members for providing their expertise and guidance in shaping our policy recommendations,” added Barson. “This week’s tragic milestone in the U.S. of 500,000 COVID-19 deaths is the latest reminder of the devastating toll of this pandemic and the need for decisive action from the federal government. We wholeheartedly agree with the overwhelming majority of the American people from both political parties in favor of the American Rescue Plan.”

Powerful True Story Inspires Others to Seek Adventure, Turn Each Day into a Gift

Fort Wayne, IN, February 24, 2021 — Brittany Moser’s short life was not defined by how she died, but rather, by how she lived each day to the fullest and the profound impact she had on those around her. Brittany died from a rare condition, Addison’s disease, in 2017 at the age of 32. She had been a happy-go-lucky flight attendant, soaring high above reality, when her diagnosis suddenly brought her down to earth.

Rather than buckle under the weight of fear, she chose to be fearless and embarked upon the adventure of a lifetime with her best friend — her father. Free and Fearless: The Amazing Impact of One Precious Life is Brittany’s unforgettable story as told by her father, Philip Moser.

“This book is not about the grief of losing a child, but about making the most out of what we are given and living our lives positively and not out of fear,” Moser writes. “Brittany inspired me, an ordinary farm boy, to explore life, to climb mountains and to write a book.”

Free and Fearless is an honest, poignant account of Brittany’s legacy and the ripple effect that her outlook on life had on everyone who knew her. Philip hopes that by hearing her story, readers will be inspired by Brittany’s contagious spirit and unwavering desire for new adventures and experiences — even in the shadow of an incurable illness.

Among Brittany’s valuable life lessons that Philip shares with readers are:

1. How precious life is and how we can affect the people around us;
2. How an open mind and a positive attitude can inspire us to do things we never thought possible;
3. How to move out of our comfort zones and into a challenging existence that can turn each day into an exciting gift to be explored;
4. How to not let fear control us, and to use our abilities to seek unique, positive and inspiring adventures;
5. To embrace change as a natural part of life;
6. And finally, that we won’t be remembered by our things or our savings accounts, but by how we made other people feel.

“I want to share the same inspiration that I received for 32 years,” Philip added. “In the end, love truly does conquer all, and Brittany wanted us to know that.”

Author Philip Moser grew up on a farm in Angola, Indiana. After high school, he began working in different aspects of the grocery business, a career that continues to this day. He and his wife, Marilyn Wells, raised two incredible daughters, Camille and Brittany.

Bladder Cancer drug shortage resolved with health canada approval

VERITY-BCG™ bladder cancer treatment available for Canadian patients in the Spring

TORONTO, Feb. 24, 2021 /CNW/ - Verity Pharmaceuticals Inc. is pleased to announce that it has received a notice of compliance with conditions (NOC/c) from Health Canada for the VERITY-BCG™ (Bacillus Calmette-Guérin [BCG]: Strain Russian BCG-I). This approval is welcome news for patients and health care providers who have endured a Canadian and global shortage of this important bladder cancer drug.

Bacillus Calmette-Guérin (BCG) is a proven immunotherapy of choice for bladder cancer. It is used as first-line intravesical therapy following tumor resection of non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer. Primary producers of BCG announced shortages within the last decade, leading to a worldwide scarcity of the treatment. This new source of BCG from Verity Pharma is expected to be available by mid 2021.

"Canada's multi-year BCG drug shortage will now be a thing of the past with this approval," said Howard Glase, Chief Executive Officer, Verity Pharma. "We know these drug shortages were leading to rationing and dose sparing of this crucial bladder cancer drug and patients had delayed or even cancelled treatments. Canadian patients will now have full access to this life-saving therapy."

According to an article by the National Centre for Biotechnology Information, "physicians treating patients affected by non-muscle invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC) have been in shock during the last six years since manufacturing restrictions on the production of the first-option medicine, Mycobacterium bovis Bacillus Calmette-Guérin (BCG), have resulted in worldwide shortages."i

Bladder Cancer Canada states that bladder cancer is the 5th most common cancer in Canada and almost 12,000 people will be diagnosed with bladder cancer this year alone.

Verity has partnered with Serum Institute of India, which manufactures BCG. Serum Institute is the world's largest manufacturer of vaccines.

"Verity is proud to continue bringing critical drugs to Canadians. VERITY-BCG™ is an example of our expertise in supplying life-saving therapeutic options to help fulfill unmet patient needs," said Glase.

About VERITY-BCG™

VERITY-BCG™ is an adjuvant therapy after transurethral resection (TUR) of a primary or relapsing superficial papillary urothelial cell carcinoma of the bladder stage Ta (grade 2 or 3) or T1 (grade 1, 2, or 3), without concomitant carcinoma in situ.  It is only recommended for stage Ta grade 1 papillary tumors, when there is judged to be a high risk (>50%) of tumor recurrence.

Here are Adora’s top 5 DIY tips for healing, alchemy, and soul work:

  1. Essential Oil Alchemy. When we breathe pure essential oils in the proper formulation we can literally elevate our mood and emotional response in the moment.  The powerful connection between olfaction and our brain’s limbic center regulates much of our physiology, specifically mood, memory, and emotion. The moment an essential oil is inhaled, it opens and expands the mind-body connection. This allows for new healthier patterns and neural-pathways to form and shift the trajectory of our emotional response when we are triggered by overwhelming or stressful experiences. Adora developed the Elixirs 4 Quantum Living collection to elevate emotional balance, mental clarity, physical vibrancy, and spiritual awakening. The fully nano-emulsified blend of the highest grade essential oils, vibrational infusions, and CBD work to create an open pathway and tap into the highest positive energy level that always exists around us.
  2. Beauty and Abundance Ritual. How we care for our body temple is just as important as caring for our emotions, thoughts, and belief systems. Here is a ritual for both. It is designed to bring an infusion of vibrant expression to all of one’s intentions.
  3. Meditation with Two Alchemical Interventions from the Plant and Mineral Kingdoms. Crystals and essential oils offer complimentary healing frequencies.  When meditating, they have a beautiful affinity to penetrate through to the cellular level and our DNA. These alchemical interventions expand the benefits of meditation. This is where we have an incredible opportunity and potential for sustainable healing and quantum shifts in consciousness. Join our complimentary Seeds of the Spirit weekly healing meditations
  4. Follow a Guided Path in your Healing Journey. Often we get stuck in patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving that cause unrest. In their upcoming book Detox. Nourish. Activate: Plant & Vibrational Medicine for Energy, Mood & Love, Adora Winquist and Dr. Lulu Shimek, leaders in the field of alternative medicine, outlines  a  three-step system designed to heal trauma at the core level. Their guidance provides a series of introspective explorations, meditations, plant-based formulas, and profound insight for the path of self-discovery and self-mastery.
  5. Discovery Session.  This complimentary 15-minute private session offers the opportunity to meet with Adora and explore the potential of working together. Adora will share her philosophy on healing, alchemy and the journey of self-mastery. The discovery session is time to share an intention for your healing process and identify the synergy of initiating the journey of “soul work” together.
