According to Fit Sugar Paul Ryan is big into fitness. He has even worked as a personal trainer in the past. In a recent interview with Politico, Paul sang the praises of his daily fitness routine, “I’m kind of a workout guy. I’ve always been into it. [Former Michigan Representative] Bart Stupak and I lead [P90X classes] — there’s about a dozen of us that do it . . . It works because it hits your body in many different ways: pull-ups, sit-ups, lots of cardio, karate, jump training, yoga.”
Even more interesting is that Paul was nearly a pro skier, but ended up going into politics instead.
