Shawne Merriman of the Buffalo Bills in the NFL talks about recovering from his achilles injury, off season training and the way he likes to train. His master trainer talks about his work ethic and how he is willing to train hard. He talks about training specifically for his position and the theory behind why he trains like he does.

Shawne lifts heavier in his off season than he does during his season, and he definitely trains it right. This upper body strength training video is all about training, no flashy music, straight raw and real. It showcases his discipline and intensity.

I am now a fan of his trainer from  Fit Athletic in San Diego, CAas he is very specific and attentive. There aren’t enough good quality trainers like this guy.
