Being a Toronto fitness influencer means more than just posting workouts and flexing in good lighting. It means building a community. Sharing real experiences. Showing people the highs, the lows, and the work in between. Toronto is one of the most diverse cities in the world, and it reflects in my audience. Whether I’m creating content in an F45 studio, at Push Pounds on Danforth, or outdoors in Riverdale Park, I’m representing women who lift, lead, and inspire.

My platform isn’t about perfection — it’s about power. I’ve worked with national brands like New Balance and Garnier, and I’ve appeared in broadcast commercials and magazine covers because I live what I teach. Strength is an art form, and I’ve made it my message.

I offer in-person sessions across the city — from high-energy group coaching at F45 Yorkville and Midtown to elite performance sessions at Push Pounds. These spaces aren’t just gyms — they’re training grounds for transformation. As an IFBB Pro and kinesiologist, I focus on intentional movement, mobility, strength, and recovery. Whether a client is working toward the stage, rebuilding after injury, or just getting started, I meet them where they’re at — and help them level up.
