Los Angeles, CA - September 21, 2020 - grown-ish star Francia Raisa teamed up with the BIPOC women founded, monthly subscription journal service, Silk + Sonder for a limited edition Wellness Journal launching today on Silk + Sonder's website for $20.
This limited edition journal, which fuses some of Silk + Sonder's layouts with Francia's personal touch and unique tone, highlights daily practices and content curated by Francia, including a thought provoking writing exercise and more.

On Why Journaling is Important to Francia:Struggling with depression and anxiety throughout her life, Francia realized the importance of journaling and how it has helped her express her emotions. The wellness side really came into focus for her when she had her kidney surgery, when the doctor said that her life would never be the same. She was determined to make her overall quality of life better than what it had been. Journaling helped her to look forward, prioritize her everyday habits and learn a lot about herself and knowing what it means to love herself.
