Change your mindset and you change your life.
I dont know about you guys but with everything going on in the world these days its hard not to be in a negative mindset.
Where you may live may be different but here in Ontario, Canada. We have a lot of restrictions and are in lockdown. Gyms are closed and things are changing by the government daily. Its unsettling, depressing and quite frankly out of our control.
But I can assure you for every down moment that I have a quickly try and turn it around because when you change your mindset about something you change your entire outlook on life.
Negative feeds negative and POSITIVE feeds POSITIVE.
Choose your battles wisely especially when they are with yourself.
One way that I have been doing this is to control the controllable. Such as my health and fitness.
I never skip training (at home, garage gym, gym) wherever it may be, I drink my water, I take my vitamins and I get my steps and training in no matter what.
